Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the RedAntotsu application operated by AsrOfficial (referred to as "us", "we", or "our").
By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
RedAntotsu offers optional "Supporter" purchases that grant access to virtual goods, including but not limited to Profile Badges, Custom Themes, and Priority Support. These goods are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside of the application.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate and complete. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall AsrOfficial, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
